Privacy Policy for Arcora

Arcora is a local-first subscription tracking app operated by Zorbey Torunoglu. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Arcora.

Arcora does not require an account and does not provide cloud synchronization for the current release. Your subscription records are not sent to an Arcora server as part of normal app use.

Arcora stores the information you enter locally on your device. This can include subscription names, amounts, currencies, renewal dates, billing intervals, categories, lists, notes, payment or reminder settings, custom icons or photos, charge history, and app preferences.

Arcora also stores local notification scheduling and notification-log information needed to provide, recover, troubleshoot, export, or clear reminders on your device.

If you enable reminders, Arcora uses Android notification permissions and local scheduling to show renewal reminders. Notification content may include subscription names, dates, amounts, or other information you chose to enter.

Arcora widgets and lock-screen or notification previews can make that information visible to people who can see your device. You control those surfaces through Arcora, Android notification, widget, and lock-screen settings.

Arcora does not automatically upload your subscription data. When you choose to import or export data, you select the file and destination through Android's system file tools. An export can contain the records and local information needed to restore Arcora data, including icon data where applicable.

You can also choose to export notification logs for troubleshooting. Sharing an exported file is your decision and is handled by the app or service you choose as the destination.

Arcora uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and reliability diagnostics. These diagnostics can include technical information about the app, device, operating system, app version, and the circumstances of a crash or error.

Arcora is designed not to deliberately send your subscription records, notes, custom icon files, or exported files to Crashlytics. Google processes Firebase Crashlytics information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Firebase Analytics is disabled by default. If you turn on Share anonymous analytics in Arcora Settings, Arcora sends a basic parameter-free app-open event to help improve the app.

You can turn this setting off at any time. Turning it off disables future Firebase Analytics collection for Arcora. This setting does not control Crashlytics crash diagnostics.

The current Arcora release does not use advertising, advertising tracking, user accounts, cloud synchronization, or active purchase flows. RevenueCat and Google Play Billing purchases are not initialized for the current free release.

If a future release enables purchases, advertising, cloud sync, accounts, or additional telemetry, Arcora will review and update its privacy disclosures and required store disclosures before that release.

Local Arcora information remains on your device until you delete it through the app where available, clear Arcora storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Delete All removes subscriptions and their scheduled notifications; it may not remove every local preference, icon, category, list, or notification log. Those items can be managed separately where Arcora provides controls, or removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling.

Android backup, device-transfer, and restoration features may include Arcora app data depending on your device settings and Android configuration. Firebase diagnostic information is retained by Google under the applicable Firebase service settings and policies, not by an Arcora account service.

Arcora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an Arcora account service. If you believe a child has provided information through Arcora, contact us so we can assess the concern.
